This dataset contains data of a study that investigated the multidimensional effects of 4 weeks training cessation during the Christmas holidays and the subsequent examination period, on (i) anthropometric characteristics and body composition, (ii) biochemical indices, and (iii) kinematic variables and performance in recreational male and female university students participating in a structured university fitness swimming program.
